Asahi are the new owners of Johnson Matthey, a world recognised gold & silver refiner dating from 1817. Their reputation is such that their bars are instantly recognisable and accepted around the world !

These poured bars are in the traditional loaf shape, and it is usual for there to be imperfections in finish due to the pouring and cooling process. However they contain at lease 100oz of 999 fine silver. Due to Asahi & JM having multiple refineries, the exact stamps and markings may vary slightly from those depicted.
