Placing orders online is easy, but we ask for a small deposit of your order total to lock in your price. This deposit is deducted from your order total, and is to prevent online fraud and dishonest speculators.
The Deposit is 1% of your bullion order + shipping & taxes.
You then send the remaining 99% by conventional payment methods (see below)

You may place your order in person at our office, or by phone. We do not accept orders by email, online chat or through third parties. We will confirm the price and arrange your delivery / collection preference. You then have 1-3 business days to complete payment, depending on order size. (See full terms and conditions below)
Please Note : Minimum Order size for Crypto-Currencies is $250. If ordering online, please ensure you send over this amount due to decimals and rounding (e.g. $255)

If you are having crypto-currencies delivered to your address, we will VERBALLY confirm the address with you.

For CASH transactions over $10,000 we are required by law to see evidence of ID. For transactions over $10,000 which are paid by debit, cheque, draft or wire we do not require proof of ID.

If you collect your order from our store, there are no shipping charges. We usually carry sufficient inventory of silver and gold for most orders - and larger orders can be supplied within 5-10 days.
If you have paid in advance, we will ask to see government photo ID on collection. This will not be recorded and is simply to ensure no-one else can collect your order.

When will my order ship ??
Rural locations may require additional charges.
Shipping under $5000 dispatches once per week (Monday or Tuesday), not on the day we receive payment. You may upgrade to express courier for additional $30.
Shipping over $5000 dispatches by courier (FEDEX or UPS) within 1 business day of payment received.
Shipments are NEVER dispatched on Fridays, or before Public Holidays. This is to prevent packages idling in a depot, which increases risk of theft.
Couriers & Packing
We use Canada Post, UPS and Fedex to courier our shipments. We only use new packing boxes, securely sealed. Your order will be inside a second box within the main packaging to deter mail theft. On receipt of your package you should check the outside VERY carefully for any signs of tampering. (We will occasionally use tamper evident tape if a package is heavy). We have not yet had any problems or losses with shipments to clients, but we would hate for you to be the first - so please remain vigilant.
Insurance
All shipments are insured under our precious metals dealers blanket insurance policy with Lloyds of London. Please be aware that even a small claim can take 3-6 MONTHS to settle, and we cannot offer any refunds or replacements until the claim is settled. If there is any damage to your package, we strongly suggest using a cellphone to video the handover of the package from the courier and then open it on camera also. This would help prove the loss was not fraud on your part and expedite any possible claim.
We offer live prices for all regular bullion investments. We also show live prices for scrap silver/gold and less tradeable bullion items.
Investment items must be in good condition, and identifiable as coming from a reputable mint. (i.e. well known brand, coin or mint mark). We cannot offer or book a price for you over the phone, as we must see the items first. If you wish to sell items over $5000, please call in advance to let us know you are coming and verify that it is something we will buy.
If you have your crypto-currencies in our Vault Account, you can just phone your sell order, or do it in person in our stores. We can pay out by any of the usual methods (Cash, Cheque, Email Money Transfer etc)
If you have crypto-currencies in your own wallet, you need to send them to us first. Once they are confirmed received, we will call you to lock in the price and sell them.

Please allow 1-3 hours from sending your crypto-currency for enough confirmations before we can confirm receipt.
Technical support we offer is entirely limited to use of our own web site.
Technical Support : We cannot offer ANY technical support or advice for people setting up their own software or hardware wallets, or for online wallets hosted on other web sites.
Computer Security : If you are not confident setting up your own computer security, we strongly recommend investing with our 'Vault' accounts and allow us to store your crypto-currencies.
Wallet Addresses : If you advise us of an incorrect wallet address, funds transferred to that address will be LOST entirely and we shall not be held responsible for the loss.
Exchange Availability : Crypto-currency exchanges are relatively immature and less reliable than established stock exchanges. Should exchanges experience difficulties, we CANNOT guarantee to buy or sell any crypto-currencies until the exchanges are operating normally again.
