Payment Methods

 

To send us US Dollars -----> we accept Cash, Bank Drafts or WIRE transfers. USD is not available for Etransfers or Debit cards.

To send us Canadian Dollars -----> see options below...

Please Note : WE DO NOT accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, or any other credit card based payments for Bullion.

Type Limits below are for new clients. Higher limits are available to established & accredited clients.

Bill Payment

Preferred Option

Up to $25,000
Set up "Broadside Bullion" as your payee (If Province is required, then chose "NB")
Use your 10 digit account number (found on the "My Account" page)
Payments take 1-2 days. You will receive an email when payment has cleared.

We are set up for Bill Payments with RBC, BMO, CIBC, Scotiabank and most Credit Unions (Brunswick, Omista, East Coast etc)

The transfer must come from your own bank account with YOUR NAME on. We cannot accept payments from your business or another family member. There will be a $25 fee for returning incorrect payments.

There is a 5 day hold on Bill Payments from new customers.

Cash Limit $25,000  - ID required for cash transactions over $10,000
Debit Card Limit $5000 / week
Interac Debit only.
We do not accept VISA or Mastercard Debit Cards
WIRE transfer

All payments over $25,000 up to $100,000
On request we will send you an additional email with complete instructions to enable your bank to WIRE us the funds.

There is a 5 day hold on WIRE Transfers from new customers.

Bank Draft

We only accept Bank Drafts from established and accredited clients under certain conditions.

Payments up to $25,000.
We accept only Bank Drafts, not certified checks or money orders.
Draft must be for EXACTLY the amount due - we do not give change, or accept balancing payments from pre-written drafts.
Please make payable to 'Broadside Bullion Inc.'
You can present this in store if you are picking up your order.

Etransfer

Put your 10 digit account # in the Etransfer Message (found on the My Account page of our site)

  • Security Answer : Please use your Postal Code (All in Capitals with no spaces)
Payments take 2-3 hours - but can be 24hrs when busy.
You will receive an email when payment has cleared.

Please do not call until you receive email confirmation or 24 hours has passed.

For any CASH transactions over $10,000 we are required by law to see evidence of ID. For transactions over $10,000 which are paid by debit, cheque, draft or wire we do not require proof of ID.
